Moya Greene has announced a new pay offer, briefings will be made in all units Saturday
£375 lump sum and 1.25% upto 3.5% from April 18 based on productivity

Interesting where did you hear this? Not that it really matters. From the posties I have spoken to the biggest concern is pensions?!

don't be fooled with a golden carrot , doesn't she realise the 4 pillars is not just down to a pay rise , its all the other stuff , pensions , changing the pipeline

It would still be a YES from me too but this pay rise offer taken on its own would be satisfactory . As far as I am concerned that sounds like a reasonable pay rise in the current economic climate. Now they just have to come up with better for everything else!

Brief states the £375 witch equates to 1.5% will also be included in pay from April 18

What about the pension ? What about the pipeline ? Yes a pay rise is nice but it's not just about a pay rise.

Do not be fooled by lump sum and % pay rise the crux of the matter is our pensions plus terms & conditions, do not be dazzled by a few quid for working very much later than you are now and being responsible for doing sick leave for your partners when in a set, it will only take a small percentage of staff to be on sick & annual leave for you to mop up other duties.
The positive side of this Moyà is beginning to learn we hold the upper hand as if we go on strike then her superiors will be asking questions about her huge pay packet.
