Sometimes it is a matter of not agreeing with the tactics.
A bit like if Wenger takes off Sanchez and brings on Giroud.

The majority of times it has nothing to do with tactics, it's to do with personal debt.

Looking good. RM have already backtracked on sick pay etc so they should play no part in the negotiations. That just leaves a few major points but give RM much less ground to give and the CWU a stronger position.
