i have just heard that the northern ireland mail centre have just this very minute hit the street because of royal mail implementing change without agreement..

This is sadly what will happen now Union HQ appear to be selling us a divide and conquer agreement only offices that are big enough to stand up for themselves will survive,those with cant do enough for agood firm brigade stronghold look out your in for a rough one unless we can come up with something....Keep The Faith

Well done! It just shows that the deals claim of managers and nnion working together in the future must only relate to the workers on Fantasy Island.

NI showing the way! Problem we have is that the larger offices have the clout, with the sell out by HQ by devolving disputes down to the lowest denominator it is only they who can fight RM. The point of having national leaderships is that they negotiate national agreements! HQ have basicly washed their hands of the dispute and placed it in the hands of local reps who can be isolated if not agreeing to RM demands. Standing as one is the only way and the leadership have been found wanting.
