New Starter

Hi, I have just been given my start date and information regarding my terms of employment.

the position i have been given is a permanent delivery with driving part time

but there is now a mention of a 6 month trial period

is there anything to worry about with this? and what are the ways they measure performance to decide if you are to be offered a full contract?

looking forward to the great British summer and being outside in it

they only really look at your attendance/sick record and you ability to do the job. You should be given or have been given a copy of the attendance procedure and the conduct code which cover off the trial period.
