Tuesday can be a bit manic for Specials. So unless you can get out the office early, you going to be rushing round just to get the Specials done before your regular loops I think.
However, I would take an 8.30am start on a Tuesday if they take an hour off the finish on a Saturday! Now that's Win-Win.

The proposal being put forward in our DO is taking 15 minutes off Tuesday and Saturday and adding 15 to Wednesday and Thursday.
EDIT: This is adding 15 minutes to the BEGINNING of the day.
