Walk taken out next day as punishment?

Our managers should be out there delivering the mail that posties leave behind if no one wants it on overtime and it should be delivered on that same day. Otherwise, it is wilful delay on the managers part and apparently it is quite serious.

Like yesterday, when our "A-team" of managers were still out delivering the post at 6.30pm

Well obviously our managers are special and don't need to, lazy wastes of spaces.

Including travelling out / back we do 6+ hrs

She's wants all the managers working at Royal Mail to work like this because it keeps costs down.
