user is your works number
pass is set as Delivery I think if your a postman

well sorry unable to help further except ive been using the uniform site for a few years.....it does say having trouble logging in the site to contact them....perhaps that with details.

you did use your full works number mine is 8 digits long.......and the password for 1st time users is Delivery capital D rest small letters

The login is your payroll number, password Delivery. If it`s still not working, call them.

Can anyone tell me if they are true to size? I'm a 7.5 usually but noticed on dimensions that they are only available as a 7 or 8? Dunno if the 8 would be too big, and the size 7 too small

I usually take size 11 and mine seem a little bigger than usual. So I think 7 should be ok for you.
