Since they altered our 318s to include certain tasks. The managers have found that we are returning to the office later. When asked why we are late, the reply is always: "I've been doing my job properly, taking no short-cuts, sticking to the route, and driving within the speed limits", and most importantly, "Sticking to the 318." This is the way they want you to work, so do it, they will soon find out that it cannot be done. They don't like it because it makes them look wrong, but hell, they cannot touch you for it. I am waiting for a manager to come away with those words "Willful delay" and the fireworks will start then!
