a relief lino dropped a ''clanger'' today and just came out and told us that new development should be taken out and claimed as scheduled attendance overtime. none of this was known to any of us, even the rep, so we are awaiting for clarification via some phone calls. some of us have had new development for nearly 18 months now, and were wondering if it could be backdated. anyone on here have a clue.?

Whats the Rep doing at the resource meetings?
