If you look carefully, they're not even comparing job satisfaction to previous year. They are comparing it to other large company's scores. Likely Amazon, Yodel, Hermes etc. Should be politicians the lot of them.

I returned a load of union bumf in the envelope instead of the survey.

For those that took part (over 30 min well earned break) and really pontificated over their answers in, 'a spirit of co-operation' in completing the survey, the very least we deserve are the Unit's own results to each and every question posed. Not management 'spin' on carefully chosen positive results. Pointless exercise in company time and yet they love to claim high engagement score. WTLL are simarly well 'engaged' as we love to hear RM local management try to talk about issues that they don't know anything about e.g. RMPP, Pay, Financial results. QoS Results - the list is endless ..............

They twist the results every year to make it sound positive,,

The best reacion we could get would be a very very low response rate IMO

You say it best, when you say nothing at all ????
we were forced to complete the forms at our office in the doms office with him watching us!

83% articipation .....yea right we did not want to even fill it in but were forced

We will see how satisfied we are with this company when the strike ballot comes around, that's when this survey will be shown to be utter garbage

Well if they are able to post out the results, surely they could post out the survey forms to employees addresses. This would ensure no pressure to complete, and might even result in the responses actually matching the mood of the unit. Maybe even all of the forms might be completed by the correct person :hmmmm . Certainly in this unit our published results lead me to believe the free coffee must have been laced with LSD or similar.

It's not compulsory to fill them in, even though your DOM might have you under surveillance.

How to engage your workforce at gun point the whole place is now a farce management a joke the term managing decline would be more apt as for coping day to day they could not even order basic kit or even HSK on time this company is a joke unless you work for these clowns now! Sorry for hard facts but targets have for shadowed health and safety and the human condition is now dog eat dog what a travesty this whole once great service has become with MAY and Moya Greene!
