I wrote to Pensions regarding the effect of changes to my pension.
I received the following e-mail.
If you e-mail this department with the info requested they will give you an illustration after 5th November 2007 (bonfire night!)
Here is the e-mail reply:

Unfortunately we are not able to provide detailed personal information at this time. As from Monday 5th November we will be in a position to provide a Personal Illustration which will show the effects of the changes to your pension benefits. If you can provide us with the following information we will generate and distribute your personal illustration as soon we can.
Member Name.
Date of Birth.
National Insurance Number.
Telephone Number.
