Just like politicians lies lies and more lies
The courier is full of lies.... they live in a world of deception.. greed.. and dishonesty..... to influenced those less educated.....
Totally agree mate, they publish a load of propaganda rubbish about the business falling alert forgetting that as a PLC they have to publish their actual profits..... They must think we are stupid... Should be paying us a bonus on the back of their huge profits.

I wonder if we could do a freedom on information request to see if the person who sent the letter actually exists.

A typical brown noser who prefers to think in the box with everything that royal mail put out.

Why are we so focussed on the competition?? Ok,so Hermes and yodel pay their drivers peanuts and offer the customer a cheaper alternative and copying their business model is a surefire race to the bottom. If we take this road then I can see royal mail losing half of its customers because believe it or not, some of customers want secure and reliable. They want a service that they can trust and not some floozy who's driving round delivering parcels in the back of a Skoda, which is likely to get broken into and/or parcels stolen
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

I have known these to be associated with Tampax. Apparently both have a built in tow rope.

you may have to dig a little deeper if you really do care, but initially it looks like they have to tell you who won
