"Colleagues, members, activists, there is no avoiding this particular issue and it is time for people to take sides. You either support the progressive agenda being set by the CWU, which would genuinely give you employment, standard of living and pensions security, as well as an agenda for growth for this business.

Or you support, what appears to be, management’s change of attitude, to simply manage decline maintain profits and improve shareholder return, not by growing this business, not by increasing revenues, but by attacking you, the people that have built this industry. It is time to pick sides, pick the CWU or forever regret that you didn’t".

Listening to that it sounds like the union have already agreed to us working later in the day . It would be nice if we were actually asked what our thoughts are on this but having been in the job nearly 30 years now I shouldn't be surprised .

How about taking away moya greene and the board of directors terms and conditions, see how they would like it.... they are only human beings like the rest of us... there nothing special... but they think they are...

Don't think they would be to bothered and just leave with a big pay off!

Why have the ballot papers not gone out for industrial action yet from a personal point of view I would be up for it but am I the only one?

Won't happen in MCs, dispatch times can't get any later without risking 9am specials always failing and any firms mail where they pay for an early delivery
