not on delivery, you still do a full walk pt or fulltime makes no difference dont buy down at any cost!
It would work if a 3 day week was part of the agreement..
That was the point I was trying to make R44 :Applause If you were working a 5 day week you could buy down to a 3 day week ...38 hours down to 24 hours. You might very well be out all day on a Full Delivery, but doing it for 2 day less.
Is it really that easy to achieve? I know for a fact that in my office you've got no chance of getting either a buydown OR going from a 5 day to a 3 day week (even without a buydown)
Two full-timers could buy down and job share, that'd be 3 days a week.

Hi in the process of ihr but was wondering if anybody knew the way they work it all out as being pay wise and how it’s worked out, been told different things by different people thanks
