You MAY ,just may be able to justify allegations/assertions against dodgy DOM's , SM's etc under the Public Interest Disclosure Act if you geniunely feel RM "Management" are incompetent /inept.

Also in a legal situation you'd have to hope the judge is magnamious and classes comments as Saloon Bar opinion letting off steam, AND conclusions can be drawn on the balance of probabilities about all the holes, contradictions , amnomalies , inconsistiences , more questions begged than answered in what RM would usually use in it's defence.

Secondly some things could be defensible if you can hint ,use inneundo as to what RM's real motives /suspect motives could be on the balance of probabilities .

However RM would argue that allegations /hints etc are malicious NOT geniune , they'd hide behind it's zero-tolerance B&H "Policy" , twist everything round on it's head when it suits them due to their "duty of care " and state postings are to cause alarm & distress.

This is why RM block this site as it contravenes their B&H Policy which is really everything to do with a*** covering and making sure nothing comes out in a ET or the papers than so called respect ,diversity ,care etc.

RM will predictably reject allegations and assertions in their entirety and reserve legal position and do "thorough investigations " with "invited " staff , asking them as to their opinion/"reasonable suspicions " which naturally will become" fact " which are all about hunting down whistleblowers and loose canons with their supposedly unfounded /defamatory allegations/assertions

.I'm sure this has nothing to do with keeping the s**t under the carpet of course.

Basically BOX CLEVERER , be just as vague , obscure & ambigious as RM deliberately try to be and call their bluff. Stay just on this side of slander/defamation to mindf**k RM by using a bit more subtlety.

Hellmail, RM's extended propaganda arm are quite happy to hide behind supposed fair comment when it suits them, play RM at their own game or play a game with no rules IF necessary.

With another Industry the best & only answer was no knowledge and recollection , if that's a issue ask RM to support these serious allegations . RM cannot make you confess or have it both ways .

Postman & TBT do have valid points , it's obvious PMC are terrified of legal action & seen to have been knobbled by RM , that's why it's turned into Courier on line .

You missunderstand me axeman.. my life plan was for outside royal mail... you know, no mortgage, cars paid off, holidays etc.
Isn't that everybodys goal? I saw a chance to earn good money with Royal Mail...... as an PHG before the working hours restrictions and every thing else came into play and took it.... Used to work 18 hour sundays, all day saturdays, but it was my choice and the money, for someone with no recognisable qualifications was just too good to turn down. I remember being as vocal as most of the people on this board about doing away with double time after 13 hours. I got into the acting/management side of things after being asked to coach some casuals.. found out i had knowledge that my then gaffer did not have, including people skills, so please don't call me a loser.. you dont kow me.. and yes there are more things to life than royal mail, but i would not get to enjoy them without royal mail.

I think it is the range of people that i come in contact with that really makes me love it!!!

On that subject, how many other gaffers in our office have taken the troble to learn a bit of hindi, russian, polish spanish etc to try and make people feel welcome?
How many other gaffers have sang happy birthday over the tannoy to someone because they were asked to?
How many other gaffers can say they have people from other work areas coming to them as they feel i am easy to talk to and try to help?
So i guess i do kind of like my job... well certain aspects, but i think that would apply to most of us
