Having Just read the letter It seems to me that all legacy payments will cease in April 2018.. Pay deal starts from April 2017 therefore you have had notice of the change and your 12 month compensation... No lump sum that everyone is expecting.

No one has had any notice or confirmation of anything, all the letter represents is a confidential opening bid in a negotiation process. It isn't the end game by a long way.
