You could consider asking for a Buy Down. Where they pay you to drop your hours. That way you stay in the job but the reduced hours might make it easier for you?2pints wrote:My lower back and right knee cap is giving me alot of grief lately i am scared to go to the doctor as i actually like my job :{

It would work if a 3 day week was part of the agreement..lightningpostman wrote:not on delivery, you still do a full walk pt or fulltime makes no difference dont buy down at any cost!Dorset Plodder wrote:You could consider asking for a Buy Down. Is it really that easy to achieve? I know for a fact that in my office you've got no chance of getting either a buydown OR going from a 5 day to a 3 day week (even without a buydown)Dorset Plodder wrote:That was the point I was trying to make R44Ricardo44 wrote:It would work if a 3 day week was part of the agreement..lightningpostman wrote:not on delivery, you still do a full walk pt or fulltime makes no difference dont buy down at any cost!Dorset Plodder wrote:You could consider asking for a Buy Down. You might very well be out all day on a Full Delivery, but doing it for 2 day less.
