As Tess says BREXIT is BREXIT as it is written so let it be done.

But what does BREXIT actually mean. She still hasn't told us what that is. She is calling a General Election now after previously strenuously denying she would call one before 2020. It's because by 2020 the realities of BREXIT will become clearer to the people who voted for it, and they wouldn't have voted Conservative then.

Whether Boris went against the will of the people or not is irrelevant. Either he is a foreigner and shouldn't be meddling in Brexit or he isn't.
Now most people wouldn't think Boris was a foreigner just because he was born in New York. It then logically follows that Gina isn't a foreigner either because she was born in British Guyana. If anything she is less of a foreigner. At least she was born in British territory.
You seem to be saying Boris isn't a foreigner because you agree with him and Gina is because you don't. Though why you or anyone thinks bypassing parliament is a good thing is beyond me. I thought we were taking back control.

I'm not prejudiced but I believe that our country should be more like Australia in terms of allowing immigrants. We want to positively welcome doctors and nurses or those professions where there is a skills shortage.

I don't where this thread is going in terms of Britishness, but I would suspect that it goes on a person's country of origin as to what nationality they are - and many application forms for jobs state this - like British Guyana or something, as it's an 'adopted' country.

Eventually everyone is exposed for what they really are. It's a pretty disgusting thread that should have been closed when it became obvious it was really just another excuse to wheel out the usual snide comments, petty insults, bigotry and intolerance.

You can choose whatever definition of "foreigner" that you want but when it's spat out with the kind of venom it has been on this thread everybody knows what you mean. If being "British" means I have to align myself with the kind of attitude that goes along with those views I would prefer to be "foreign".

You are making one thing clear that's for sure. But I am surprised you think the children of British Servicemen and women born in British Military Hospitals are classed as foreigners. In my estimation, that's as vile as if someone called you a little Englander based on your description of foreigners.
