But it is not just the union backing as the south esp London DO get behind their reps where as where I am some come in 2 hours before their time so make everyone else look bad and get back on time when others who come in on time go over or bring back items but still lapse the same! But for all this is taking a toll upon all by the actions of a few so they can finish earlier than those who work their paid hours! But at what cost to us all in the mean time and eventually themselves for that is all they care about!

Terry Pullinger has been leading up the negotiations and there has been little or no progress.

Further talks are scheduled but what Mike Newby proposed in his letter is mostly still on the table and therefore is not acceptable and we remain miles apart.
