There's quite a few shiverers in my office and they'll probably follow what the CWU recommend

a lot of my office are looking to vote yes,but then a lot of my office havnt even bothered to read the f***ing thing..its so frustrating that this deal is going to get voted in by lots of people who wont even bother reading the deal..

and then 3 months down the line,they will be the 1st ones to moan..well after me moaning that is..

our office in macclesfield was well pissed off with the cwu accepting this crap offer! most people have said they will vote no.............. then again you couldn't find anybody at our place who voted for the "way forward" etc etc!

exactly right with the way forwards..

same in our office,i didnt know anybody who voted that in...

ive said it before this deal will be put in regardless of votes...they will fix it like they did with the way forwards.

IF YOU STOP SHOUTING i will tell you that it was less than half of the figure you are quoting. Only thing i can think of is that D.O. Managers may have had different targets/criteria to meet.

So you are working for Royal Mail not to earn money and pay bills, but to safeguard the public service? Don't think so somehow. We all want as much in life as we can get.. anybody who disagrees with that is not being honest to themselves or to others on here. CMA negotiated a better bonus deal than CWU ... NOT MY FAULT, we (managers) are measured on different targets to Postmen/women... NOT MY FAULT, the amount of money available if we hit our targets is bigger for managers than it is for staff... NOT MY FAULT. Perhaps you should raise these issues with CWU at a National level during the coming weeks rather than having a pop at Local Managers?

The carrot for the CMA's pension cut was the inlusion of bonuses as pensionable. Bonuses that are dependant on target attainment.
Oh dear, RM changes targets, RM subsidises 'competitors'.
How many realistic targets do you think will be set after RM with CMA members help have castrated the CWU

1st day back today - no one has seen the full offer in writing. There is an abbreviated 2 page version doing the rounds. Although for the most part I was out of the mainstream today - no one seems to be talking about it. I suppose they are waiting for the ballot.

Theres a manager in your gaff whom I know hes been spreading it around the area he got 3.5k for a bonus hes just back from cancun again.

Â£40million paid out in bonuses in July so someone got it (any manager that I've spoken to has said they didn't get anywhere near Â£3k so maybe the board took it all)
