Hi..i have my induction monday and seen a welcome pack to read through wondered if i have to print that out to take induction, or do i just read it ?

You just need to read it. All you have to take is your ID (Driving License/Passport). They also ask in your email to take your letter with your offer of employment, which most people at mine forgot.
