No sick pay for the first 3 days off sick..... Can you imagine the amount of sick leave that would occur the week before that was due to be implemented!

If my 15 years of royalmail experience learnt me anything its that this type of deal nomatter how bad will be voted through by the arselicking scratting overtime twits who will vote it through for a poxy £200!!
I realise now more than ever i got out at the right time, 24 grand & nomore royalmail stress! Nobody wants ill heath but staying at royalmail causes ill health, both mentally & physically.

half/most of this shite is probably scare strategy and will be pulled out anyway and it will look like we've secured a decent deal. and the stuff they really want in will come in but we will think its a canny good deal.
