All well and good but where do they put these rogue managers?
All they will do is shift them to some poor other saps and then the process begins again.

Moya does not give a f**k, she showed that at Canada Post and knows for well what is going on with this type of management.

I'm going with a CWU climb down as normal, not the troops but the arsewipes in Divisional all bumming one another as normal under the IR framework bollocks.

div reps do. the unit rep/area rep don't.

The Div and Area reps do because they are not on strike. But in a national strike they are docked pay for every official strike day.

No reps get paid when on strike, even full-time release ones.

Union Officers not employed by Royal Mail traditionally donate a days wages for each day of strike to the welfare and hardship fund. This is a CWU fund that members who face financial hardship, because of a strike, can apply to.

our area rep was on the picket line with us last strike said he didn't get paid but the div rep is paid by the union.
