our manager has a list up in the office of people who owe days back for being sick and they have been told by our union reps they have to pay them back as well .

Look at what FT posted and get your area rep involved, we had this a few years back and something similar regarding paterity pay, both times Dom was wrong.

We've got to make managers use agreements as intended.

Dom is WRONG. rep is WRONG. go as high as you have to, to prove it. most Doms are chancers and he's trying to get work done for nowt. tell the rep to get clued up ffs.

you do not have to repay time back when you are off sick! You have been marked off as being sick. You have nothing to pay back. They are trying it on. Alot of this has been going on. The top bods at the union should be sorting this rubbish out. What a lovely employer we have!

might be worth reporting the management to justsayit@royalmail.com if they are not following the rules of agreement correctly.
