Please could anyone let me know if your Mail Centre attract the AREA DEFINED BENEFIT payment I believe it's £10 per week for difficult to recruit areas

It's called RRIS (Recruitment and Retention Incentive Scheme) and as far as I know its different rates for different areas dependent on what the turnover of staff was at the time it was introduced.
However, as we are not an RRIS area in Huddersfield I may be wrong.

OK Thanks for that information , it appears our office is one of them as operational staff on the floor have been getting this payment for years ,
but not all staff which seems odd , trying to look further into this .
