A2B you are absolutely right. Just as flexing should be a REQUEST to all staff who are affected by an unusual occurrence, it is also right that an order to work to your contracted hours, should also be targeted at all staff so that no one is discriminated against.

Yep the finishing time doesn't effect me like it does some,at 55 and after 36 years happy for my round to take as long as it takes,hanging on for evr hopefully?,with the boss saying maybe this isn't the job for you anymore?!! Nice touch !

Today is chaos
Office has failed for at least 4 days between 6 and 12 walks. Some frames were not even prepped Sunday.
Manager says no overtime...besides emailing moya what else can be done. Bullying has stepped up a notch too
