interview next week just come off 3 month waiting list

I had an interview last September but was put on a 3 month waiting list (higher scoring candidate)nothing came up local to me however something just has an now I have an interview next week :) feel more nervous this time than last time as there was higher scoring candidates than me..really wished this vacancy came up whilst on waiting list would save another interview..has anyone else had success on second interview? thanks in advance
