Does anyone know an email address that I can use to find feedback on my apllications. Had two interviews a year apart, first one went well but list out to the wife of a another postie, second interview went wrong, now I keep applying but can't get an interview. Would love to know weather I should keep applying or weather I am wasting my time esp due to my age (44) many thanks

Hi,

I don't know of any such way to get feedback, maybe someone else will know?

Considering you have had two interviews you have done well to get so far as the jobs are competitive.

The interviews are points based competency questions. So providing you can nail the interview you will be a part of the team.

Search up on the "Star technique" i used this approach at my interview and got maximum points and the job !

Your age is not a issue. Some of the fastest posties I have worked with are much older than you. So don't be put off.

Keep applying and good luck I hope you get it !

Try myapplication@royalmail.com, I used that email when I was on the waiting list and they always replied.

Thank you both for your responses I have emailed them and got some answers and have looked at the star techniques so will be prepared if I get an interview. Seems to be a bit of a lottery regarding the points system and who applies at that time. You could be the best of a bad bunch or bottom of a group of brilliant candidates, luck if the draw I guess, fingers crossed
