NO from me.
Good things:
Pensions dealt with separately and we get to vote on it.
Pay rise is better than the original pay freeze.
Offices that worked will get s**t on, nice one.
At least if it gets voted in you can tell those that crossed the picket line the strikes were justified (they were in my opinion) and they can eat humble pie (or worse).
Bad things.
Too many things put on the 'back burner'.
For you blokes on delivery D2D is an important issue. Doesn`t sound like you`ll be getting a vote on that one and the union will agree something with RM.
Ditto for monthly pay, union have accepted it and it`s a question of how and not if it`s implemented. No sweetener for going to monthly pay and yet another big money spinner for RM.
The whole thing is saying nothing is compulsory and everything must be agreed through the union locally. If it`s voted in before you know it they`ll be telling you this n that and when you say "you can`t do that" they`ll be pointing out the small print in this agreement that says they can.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the worst outcome to the negotiations there could have been.
Nothing is really settled. It's either agreed in principle, down to local agreement or on the back burner.
If it is a No vote and that is by no means certain, the deal goes back to BH & DW. Before any IA can be taken they will have to meet with RM and try to negotiate again. It is quite obvious they cannot change RMs proposals otherwise they would have done so. They did however manage to bring the PEC into line.

Rather than accept that the membership didn't want the deal they proceeded to take weeks to persuade everyone they did want it called a second ballot and won. Absolutely NO NO NO do they think we are bloody mad or what, Sorry Dave and Billy but it's time for you to go old chaps if this is the best you can do. I personally voted for I/A to fight Royal Mails attack on it's workforce and to save our pensions and this deal says that i did that for nothing. I for one am prepared to continue the fight until i die if necessary RIP CWU

Final Agreement
If we had been doin the job properly in 1st palce we wouldnt be at this position nut better late than never. Bollocks to the deal! It looks like our union has sold us out again
