We are all allowed an opinion on here , maybe the prob is higher up but they are still collecting £1500 plus a year for mostly nothing , which is a waste of money.

we have 2 in our office, and they are the 2 laziest people you'll ever meet in your life.
they don't lapse, one of them will tie a Lansing duty down, then leave himself and the other wpc out of it, we don't need anyone to tie the duty down in the first place!!
at Christmas they become parcel drivers, they generally got finished at 12pm throughout the Christmas period, while the rest of us are out till all hours, pisses me off!
they seem to get time off when they like too, anyone else is told sorry we're too busy.
one guy in our office complained that much about them he ended up on a disciplinary(was eventually dropped) our manager basically let's these wpc's do as they please, he told us the other day to stop worrying about other people and concentrate on ourselves!
so they just continue to take the piss, it's not hidden, your nose is rubbed right in it.

Sounds to me like these two do their job properly and all the other muppets out till all hours are the mugs. Working your contractual hours protects jobs.
CUT OFF!!!

You are right to be cheesed off with these brown noses, it makes me sick also and I don't work in your office I do though have a similar story to tell in my office, it does make your blood boil I know so I am wondering if these brown noses are dotted about in every office just so the managers can cheese all hard working staff off so they sound off and get disciplined :coolr :coolr :coolr :coolr :coolr :coolr :coolr

I know every postie should be on minimum wage, what a waste of money that we are all on more.
I know sick pay should be stopped what a waste of money being payed while off work sick.
We are all shareholders now, think of the money that would save us.

it's nothing to do with what time anyone gets finished, we just want fairness across the board.
I couldn't care less if people finish early if they do the same workload as the rest of us.

We are all equal in Royal Mail.... It's just that some are more equal than others! :whistle

Todays WPC is tomorrows supervisor following another management cull.

It's cheaper.
