How many Mail centres have permanent 'casuals'......

We have casuals at my DC who have been regulars for the last 10 years!

Lots of casuals at my MC. But also lots of overtime and - I swear I'm not making this up - part-timers regularly getting a chance of going full-time. So very few complaints.

But a few years back when OT was getting squeezed, casuals were symbols of the End Times.
