heapsy - a little further back in this thread I did provide details of my own and a colleagues Flexiplan AVC contributions. I currently pay £130 p.w. and my Net Payment is just over £240 p.w.

I have always been in PSE ! I do not do any overtime but my colleague has an S.A. and also has a night shift allowance. Hope this is of help.

Thank you very much. Sorry I must have missed that post. I started paying AVCs only last year. I've got a few quid I don't need so I'm going to top up the pension. Many thanks.

I take it that when the minimum wages rises to £7.50 an hour in April 2017 that it will affect PSE.
