Now i hope i am not the only one a bit worried about de-coupling of pensions from the agreement.
My worry is based on the fact that whilst pensions were part of the whole dispute it allowed us to protect them. Now they are de-coupled are the union going to come back in 60 days time and say 'we don't like the deal' and then ballot for industrial action? Can you see us all coming out for pensions on their own?
What about d2d and the seperate talks, they haven't solved the problem its just been shifted to the near future.
Monthly pay has also basically been agreed, along with having a working group look at workrates, attendence procedures and we know what that means!
So we have ended up with an agreement where the really big issue pensions has been set aside, which actually weakens our postion.
Further more lots of things are parked with out resoultion.
The agreement stinks!

Re: Putting aside?
Totally agree, to much of the agreement left to talking workshops and left to local managers who we know in the past interpret the agreement as they see fit, vote it out, a big fat no from me.stephen500 wrote:Now i hope i am not the only one a bit worried about de-coupling of pensions from the agreement.
