Who do I speak to to find out what is happening to a parcel I sent?

Just got off the phone from parcelforce. The automated tracking system says that the last scan of an I item I am returning was after 17:00 on 15/12/16 at the Shrewsbury branch and hasn't been updated since but is still ' in progress' How can I find out what is happening?

You could try @parcelforce on twitter if they are as good as our own one they should be able to at least point you in the right direction.

Might be an idea to call the depot with the tracking details

Shrewsbury are denying ever having it and have told me I should go see the post office from where it was sent.

Parcelforce Twitter seems to be dead.

I've been send a post from Iraq through TNT and it show that it stuck at Heathrow from 26/01/2017 I don't know why can some one tell me what should I do or what's the reason please

Sadly No, as we aren't TNT and that tracking won't work on RM systems. However, its probably delayed in Customs sometimes it can be 4 weeks.
