End of F/T staff ?
Part of the moving forward agreement involving the staff being more flexible,it was agreed by union members and was based on the protection of full time job ratio.
It would appear Royal Mail are breaking their obligation probably not legally binding anyway or this would have been challenged.

End of F/T staff ?
Royal Mail have a permanent and on going record of failing to abide by national agreements and an appalling record of following their own contractual obligations in respect of the disciplinary code and grievance processes. Unfortunately the CWU have failed the staff that have tried to stand up against these practices and it is because of this there is apathy among the staff when it comes to taking industrial action.
