In this day of poor customer service I’d like to say a big thank you and a huge well done to the posties at Bexhill Sorting Office especially at their busiest time of year.

I very stupidly posted a personal Christmas card with a small amount of cash in it and just my Christian name on the envelope into a pillar box.

I contacted the sorting office, spoke to the manager who was really helpful and understanding, he said no problem they would sort it out and get back to me.

True to his word that is exactly what happened, card and cash were returned to me, so once again thank you and Merry Christmas to you all, you do a good job.
