I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

cheers man, but as with all other grievances, its a whitewash, gaffers together an all that, pr**s :silenced
yeah but get some more guys to do the same and it puts the DIMS under more pressure and keep doing it if nothing else it winds em up and if that dont work stick some more grievances in and so on

Never ever trust a manager on his word they are all ;liar every single one always get it in written agreement and even then dont trust them.! :arrrghhh

I'm not a rep - but I would ask for a detailed explanation in writing, you've a second job and its directly impacting on this - serious consideration must be given - most people who haven't got kids cannot be shafted in this way especially if they have a second job to go to. My understanding is you have to declare any second job if you do overtime etc, get on to a Senior rep and check out your rights as it will impact on your ability to keep a roof over your head.
