Disgraceful that this pile of pap has even been endorsed by the PEC - not especially suprised by the two numpties BH & DW - but for feck sake, as a postie this deal give no assurances whatsoever!!! No wonder it's taken the PEC so long to decide, I wonder wht their sweetener was?......

Stop to Exec Action - too late, the late starts are already here and here to stay..... Ooh, sorry forgot that Saturday's are reverting to the earlier time - if it can be arranged for a Saturday why not the rest of the week? Also - local arrangements - well I think we all know what these are like - non-existant!!!

Pay increase - nothing has changed there as it would've work out the same as any deal we'd have accepted allowing the 2.5% increase from April. Doesn't matter how much Hayes, Ward and PEC try to rose tint it!!!

D2Ds - Still no answer on this - so basically once we shaft you on this agreement we'll s**t on you for this at some point too - but let's get you back to work and clear the backlog in time for christmas....

Flexibility - again local agreement - never gonna work/happen!!!

Accept this deal at your peril - £175 payment/pro rata - why the hell is this even in here if we weren't selling out! As they say you don't get anything for nothing in life!

A bit fat resounding 'NO' from me - and again will be prepared to take whatever action is necessary.

Will be encouraging others in my DO to do the same - and hope we all do the same throughout the country - we all need to stick this out.

From a Glasgow postie!

Its all ok to say NO here but we have to get out and tell anyone who wants to know the issues and thre loop holes of this deal....

WE MAKE THE VOTE WE CAN TURN IT DOWN... BUT THE PEOPLE ON HERE ARE OF A MAJORITY WHO ARE MILITANT AND WITH A BACKBONE...

WE SAY NO BUT LETS TELL EVERYONE WHY WE SAY NO AND LET THE PEC KNOW WHY AS WELL... VOTE THEM OF NO CONFIDANCE AND GET EM OUT... BILLY N DAVE... SORRY IF YOU DONT HANDLE THIS BALLOT HOW IT SHOULD BE NO ONE WILL HAVE A JOB OR SERVICE LEFT...
