I take my bitching back.......well only a little, it's arrived, my dad has msgd to say it came at 6pm............but he's still had to wait in all day as I never got the tracking details :/

Just hope they've got the order right!! ;)

Still waiting. Keep being told it's with the delivery team to schedule a delivery date within 24 hours/within 5 days/ within 1 week/will get by Christmas

Emailed them asking for a tracking number which they provided, The tracking number they gave is for a parcel that's already been delivered to someone i don't know. Not holding out much hope of recieving items any time soon.

Just found out parcel force delivered my item to the wrong address which was signed for. They hope to pick it back up today and get it to me.

I have just placed an order after receiving an email saying that anything you order will be guaranteed for xmas. After seeing some of these comments I am now a bit concerned
