My Bundle order pending

I ordered an iPhone on 22nd November. I heard nothing so rang mybundle and they said that they sent all my details to Let's Connect on 5th December. I heard nothing from them, not even an email, and my phone was delivered by parcel force today! Thank f**k, it's a present for Christmas. I was getting worried reading all the peoples problems on here. Hope you guys get it sorted.

Just received ipad. Delivered via Parcelforce as stated it would be in the email i received on 4th Dec. No txt yesterday to confirm despatch, tracking number or confirming delivery date. Fingers crossed for those still waiting. Ordered on 16th November.

I rang them and they said its a years warranty with apple and a years warranty with Lets Connect which I dont trust at all. Apple have no record of this or future plans of this plus applecare isnt included.

what did you order? i've ordered an iphone 7+ and its meant to be coming tommorow, but ive heard that other people have been told they're out of stock.

I had a email from Let's Connect saying delivery would be today 15.12.16
I ordered it on the 6th November...................it hasn't arrived!!!!!

im the same. my order was supposed to arrive today and nothingss came. i notice the live chat on their website has been down all week, i wonder why!?
