Also the the email to confirm this. However i'm still slightly sceptical so will be in touch with them again at the end of next to check thats still on track.

I was speaking to Autumn on live chat earlier on today and I've got a delivery date of 16th of December. I'll believe it when I see it.

Just checked my emails and the stuff gets delivered on the 15th!

was on the online chat earlier on. i ordered 3 different things on three different dates and they're all coming at the same time. allegedlly.

Was promised on live chat on friday ...a delivery date Email today .....guess what ?....No email ,... farcical !! ...ordered through MyBundle 2nd november.

yes i was told delivery on the 13th, no email to confirm tho. getting intouch the morn again to confirm

Can somebody help I've been looking into getting a smartphone through my bundle, I'm currently with EE on my personnel phone do you get to pick which network provider you go with or not? I'd like to stay with EE and keep my current number.

You can get your number transferred to a different network easily nowadays.

I think it's just a handset so you won't actually be on another network - just a case of putting your own sim into the new phone and away you go!

Placed a order for iPad on the 1st November
Heard nothing for weeks
Rang up asked about my order was told I would receive email in next few days
Nothing arrived
Rang back and cancelled the whole thing
Few days later I received email with delivery date
Rang again and told them I cancelled the order and was told to ignore the email
Got back from work today to find a bloody iPad had been delivered
Pea'd off ay the word

Hmmmm I was told I would receive my order today (Tue 13th).

So many delays and excuses, now I've just had this email.....

"Good Evening,

We are writing to advise you that your Let’s Connect Technology order will now be dispatched via Parcelforce on Friday 16th December for a scheduled delivery on Monday 19th December.* Please accept our apologies for the delay with your delivery, this has been caused by a stock delay from our suppliers.

Yes, a tracking number is included on the SMS and the you will get three text messages updating delivery status.

3rd text – a final reminder, approximately 1 hour before your delivery is scheduled to be with yourself."
