Advice Please...

I am hoping someone on here may be able to offer me some advice!

A friend of mine went off last January with work related stress. Returned to work under OH advice in Feb and ended up working in another office "temporary" whilst the ongoing issues were resolved. In the mean time there has been a resign of office duties in their substantive office. A union rep made contact and told my friend that their duty had been removed from the template? its a 3 day duty and now they have put 5 day duties in place instead.

1. My friend was not informed that their duty was being removed?
2. No managers have been in touch explaining why or what their options are or the reasons for a resign?
3. No consideration on the impact this would have on my friend?
4. No involvement whatsoever in any part of this resign?

Is this normal policy/procedure? for logistics not deliveries?

To be honest most on here are in Deliveries and your scenario I hope wouldn't happen because there are processes in place for revisions etc. Also most Reps here are DO or ADRs so its unlikely you'll get a Distribution rep on here to be able to advise on specifics. Might be worth tracking down who the Area Distribution rep is via the CWU website.
