A man has denied murdering a postman whose body was found in a village lane.
The body of David Charles Lamont was found by a member of the public on Burrow Hill Lane, in Corley, Warwickshire, on 23 October.
Kamaljit Singh Dhaliwal, 53, of Holland Road, Coventry, appeared at Warwick Crown Court on Thursday.
He pleaded not guilty to killing Mr Lamont and was remanded in custody. A trial is due to take place on 27 March 2017.
Following his death, the family of 50-year-old Mr Lamont described him as a "father, grandfather, brother, postman, performer".
