December scheduled overtime

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can tell me if we get paid scheduled attendance for all overtime in December?

It will be down to local arrangements as far as I know.

only if your office has ageed that all ot will be paid at sa rate ask your rep.

no not in delivery , as our area has gone through this and no joy and have now ask HQ for ballot 13 which is industrial action , we might here summat after xmas .

SA being paid at ours for Early IPS sorters, days off and late callers office shift.

all of which has been agreed with the posties in question and all days / hours are on the manpower / rota list.

all the SA is being paid to those who have committed to the hours agreed with the DOM.

Should everyone get a fair chance of day off ot , or as it looks like just the guys whove worked there day off every week this year ?

According to the Union overtime should be available to all those that want it on an equal and fair basis. Now what is equal and fair is usually left up to local arrangements.

All overtime paid at scheduled rate in our office including pro del since Nov 28th.
