what happens if you forgot to scan a tracked?

i forgot to scan a track, still on probation guy i work with told me manager said about it. what happens does it go on your record? can you get sacked or not kept on, apart from that finding it good and enjoy it.

3 possible outcomes in my experience:

1 - nothing at all

2 - workplace coach (or a similar lowly minion with a clipboard) approaches you tomorrow and talks to you about it. Only further action would be more training on procedure.

3 - called up to managers office and made to feel like a useless idiot. Step 2 will probably happen when you get back to your frame.

Going back a few months it was usually option 2 and sometimes 1. Since the new problems with the PDAs there must be loads being missed by many as it is now almost always option 1 and rarely 2 - unless it is someone who is missing loads of them.

Don't worry word from the coach is all that is needed, you learn from a mistake.
Any issues ask whoever to hold on while you get your rep over.
