The managers bonus is often mentioned on here but surely if an office or region fails because they have tried to cut hours to earn more for themselves the consequences outweigh the potential gain?eastie wrote: All depends if the DOM is bonus driven or not

Should have seen the look of FEAR on the DOMs face the other day when I said, "Looks like I'll have start Cutting Off soon, it's getting busy"!....Priceless!

The whole country will fail this year....
Its pretty bad this year. There has always been a lot of back and forth between the CWU and SOM over Christmas overtime but normally its been settled by nw with some kind of agreement. However we are so close to the start of the pressure period and nothing is in stone other than a cont cut in OT. I really think that it could go wrong this year.
