Never received my royal mail employee Christmas stamps

Hi, did anyone else not receive their stamps this year?
Everyone else in my office has received there's apart from me?
I spoke to my manager about it but he didn't seem that interested. Don't know who I should go about contacting to see if I could get them?

The stamps are being sent out in stages so you will probably get them soon

States on this week's pay slip everyone should receive them by 5th December.

A few people in our office received their cards but their stamps had been taken out!! Tut tut

If you haven’t received yours by 2 December, please inform your line manager, as they will need to email christmas_helpline@royalmail.com to get your card and stamps redelivered.
