Has this Area manager banned OPGs working their days off and coming in on early start o/t as well?

I suspect they are going to try and play the "we are going to have dedicated duties delivering Tracked in the afternoon, giving you extra time to complete everything else" card. Problem is, we still have ~5+ Xmas cards per house to prep and outside, each time we stop to grab cards for the next address before walking to next house adds seconds per house etc.
Be-ave, don't you know mails 4%down.......agaaaaiiin lol

When the backlog starts it would be dreadful if a local newspaper somehow received a picture of peoples cards/presents sitting undelivered :whistle
So why would you want to harm the reputation of your company, you know, the thing that puts food on yer table, just to 'teach a useless dom a lesson '? Makes more sense to inform moya what's going on and get the job done right.
Is your name DOM?

I've been swamped in trays of Xmas cards coming off IPS every morning for the last 10 months. Haven't you as well?

i think the newspaper route would be more effective to get anything actually done about this. The DOMs actions is whats hurting the reputation of the company not the fact that his actions are exposed.

:confused
If it came out in the paper I think the public would see this as lazy arsed postmen (as in you and me) can't be bothered to work a bit harder at Christmas rather than the DOM is being a dick.

I think RMs thinking is what does it matter if parcels get delivered on time ? so long as they get delivered and as cheaply as possible.
