I did have a short handled cattle prod ....... which was fantastic on the scrote dogs
she stopped me and searched my pouch a couple of days later .......
don't try and be creative just kick the buggers ..... and then the dogs
I was considering getting a mini fire extinguisher as self defence. Even the small ones spray massive amounts of fire retardant really far, and are used unofficially by the police on raids if they think a dog might get in the way. But I think unless I had a proper reason to carry one around with me, it would be considered an offensive weapon and I would get done by the police. You would get done for carrying hairspray with intent to wound if you soldered a clipper lighter ingition thingy to it. Unless of course you ran round with your hair in a massive quiff on fire as some sort of fashion statement.bustedflush wrote:My favoured method was the Silvikrin hairspray can and soldering a roller/flint from a Clipper lighter in front of the nozzle.
For little rat-hounds with not much power and sharp teeth that followed me out into the road a short non-ignited burst of hairspray would irritate its nose and eyes and make it zoom back indoors, along with a strange smell and stiff Mohican in its fur if (it was windy).
For the potentially more damaging bigger b*stards a 2-second ignited burst around the arse area would do the trick and have them fleeing back with an awful singed smell and smoke trail from their tail (if they had one beforehand).
Ermmmm...it was a leg-pull mate!woopesh wrote:I was considering getting a mini fire extinguisher as self defence. Lol...woopesh wrote:Well bustedflush, from now on in my mind you walk around with a massive quiff with your hair on fire. Must be hard when it rains, to keep it flaming.
Text book shite!!! Do what ever You must to protect Your self. Some dogs can kill or maim You.If kicking one will prevent that happening then do it. Screw the compensation.unhappyCumbria wrote:You don't go kicking anything. Neanderthal![]()
If there is a dog on the property, don't go in. If a dog escapes, try not to run and try put something between you and it - not your foot, it's likely to go for your leg. If it bites you report it and get the CWU lawyers on it and get some compo!
So now you have the bed all to yourself and your "ex" probably has a much better life without you.Theghost wrote:I used to kick my ex out of bed and she was a right dog.
Yeah, but would she snarl at and try and bite the postman?Theghost wrote:I used to kick my ex out of bed and she was a right dog.
But how can the managers know who we are or where we work? Surely if they do see incorrect opinions here, it should be their job to provide training? Or is it that you feel scared now because you are a terrier and now know a lot of your colleagues will boot you up the arse or report you to the police if you misbehave?TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Peeps please be careful how you present your opinions in this thread, Be very careful with what, and how, you say something.
We do not know who is lurking, and Customers and Managers can access this section when they register.
Basically follow the rule don't say anything in here that you won't repeat to a manager. In this case, include anything you won't say before something happens. It will be harder to prove self-defense when you posted here what actions you would take in certain circumstances. By definition, Self defence cannot usually be pre-meditated, it's instinctive.
