I've been a postman for a weeks now and have found it incredibly draining with little time to do other things mainly because of the pressured overtime.
Has anyone asked for less days and hours or have any thoughts ? I'm on a 25 hour contract (which is not realistic) but would like to reduce it to 20 with 4 days instead of 5.

Yes as a postman, I really hope so my feet are so raw after walks I can barely walk and then I have to go back in the next day.

do a search for impact insoles. I use them and though my feet are tired after a day, they are not as tired as before.
